30-Day Return & Refund Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following terms.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.
  • Natural crystal jewelry with damage caused by wear, misuse, or accidental breakage is not eligible for return.
  • Custom-made or personalized items (engraved, custom-sized) are final sale and non-returnable.
  • Sale items (discounted products) are eligible for exchange only, not cash refunds.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer support at support@luckystoneart.com within 30 days of delivery.

2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if applicable).

3. Wait for a return authorization (RA) number from our team.

4. Ship the item back with the RA number clearly marked on the package.

5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item).

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a free return label and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size/design, follow the return process and indicate your desired replacement. We will ship the new item once the return is received and processed.
