Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping & Delivery Times

• United States: 8–20 business days after shipping
• International: 10–20 business days after shipping

Tracking Not Updating?

• Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.
• If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, please contact us at support@luckystoneart.com with your order number.
